Wood Waste Processing:

Materials Processing Ltd processes approximately 25,000 tons of wood waste per year.

While the company has fuel supply contracts with the Kinleith  and Kawerau Pulp and Paper Mills at Tokoroa and Kawerau, mobile processing equipment operates throughout the region, servicing other sites and processing wood waste materials to usable bio fuel.

Experienced staff , with versatile equipment, are competent with hogging and blending a variety of materials to meet fuel specifications or compost.

In addition to on-site processing the company also accepts wood waste at all it's sites. Charges apply for disposal or call us for a collection quote.


Wood waste materials need to be:
- Untreated timber
- Clean of stone and dirt
- Free of bolts and steel (nails in pallets acceptable)
